Offered for sale is the Mission to Uranus, reference SO33L100 — one of the original eleven MoonSwatches from the March 2022 launch, and the sleeper favourite of the line-up. Its pastel “ice blue” monochrome look is unlike anything else in the collection, and for long stretches after launch it was among the hardest of the planetary missions to actually find in a boutique.

The watch

A 42 mm chronograph in pale baby-blue Bioceramic, modelled on the Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch — same case profile, asymmetric crown guards, tachymetre bezel and tri-compax subdial layout. Uranus commits fully to its colour: case, dial and subdials all in the same soft pastel blue, with crisp black text and white hands and markers for legibility. Hours, minutes and chronograph seconds hands plus the hour markers carry Super-LumiNova for a proper glow in the dark.

Details collectors look for: the image of Uranus on the battery cover, the Swatch “S” laser-etched into the underside of the crystal (an authenticity feature on every genuine MoonSwatch), and the dual-signed push-pull crown.

Condition — please read

Honest description, as watch buyers rightly expect. This watch is pre-owned and lightly worn:

• Crystal: light surface scratches visible on close inspection / at an angle to the light — consistent with careful use. Nothing deep, no chips or cracks. Please study the photos, which form part of the description.
• Strap: original white Velcro strap shows light signs of wear from normal use. Fully functional. White Velcro shows handling more than the darker straps, so please judge from the photos.
• Case & bezel: very good condition; Bioceramic wears well and the case presents cleanly.
• Movement: a brand-new battery has just been fitted and the chronograph has been re-calibrated, so all chrono hands reset perfectly to zero. Running perfectly and keeping accurate time; chronograph start/stop/reset tested and working as they should.
