How we test
Every item is tested, recorded and covered before it gets to you
The card in your parcel says "bench-tested, cleaned and verified". This is what that actually involves, and what happens if anything goes wrong.
Bench-tested
Every item is powered up and function-tested before it is listed. Depending on what it is, that means the screen, buttons, ports, speakers, mics, cameras and connectivity. If it does not pass, it is not listed.
Battery health, stated
Anything with a battery has its health measured and the figure written in the listing. The warranty covers faults, not battery wear within the health we stated when we sold it.
Every item is on record
Each item is logged in our system with where it came from, what we paid and the receipt, before it is ever listed. Sources stay private, but the record exists for every single unit.
Postage is tracked
Every order goes out tracked, and the tracking is recorded against the order. You can see where it is, and so can we.
Your Loota warranty
on everything we have tested, from the day it arrives. If it develops a fault, we will repair it, replace it or refund you.
12 months on refurbished laptops, desktops, tablets and phones.
Covered
- Faults that develop with normal use
- Anything not working as described in the listing
Not covered
- Accidental damage, drops or liquid
- Misuse, or opening or repairing it yourself
- Normal wear, or marks described in the listing
- Battery wear within the health stated when sold
- Software, data, or accessories we did not supply
Returns
Changed your mind? Return it within 30 days in the condition it arrived. Return postage is yours.
Faulty or not as described?
We cover the postage, and you get a repair, a replacement or a full refund.
How to claim
Message us where you bought it, with your order number. We will arrange the return and check it over.
