Our story

Loota is a trading name of TwinPine Digital, the sole trader business of Christian Kilvington. We're based in Halifax, West Yorkshire.

We buy used tech, test it, and sell it on. We'd rather good kit carried on working than ended up in landfill.

Every item is tested before we list it, and graded honestly. Anything with a battery has its health measured and written in the listing. If an item doesn't pass, we don't sell it. The full detail is on our How we test page.

Everything comes with a 6-month Loota warranty, or 12 months on refurbished laptops, desktops, tablets and phones. You also get 30-day returns and Royal Mail Tracked delivery.

Our line is "Cash it, don't trash it". If you have a question, email us at [email protected].
