Condition

Grade B: good used condition, fully working, with the normal signs of business use. Sold as a working machine, not a mint one.

• Tested and working, resets to a clean Windows 11 first-boot state.
• Battery health measured at 77% of original design capacity.
• Cosmetic wear consistent with previous business use: scratches and marks to the casing, as shown in the photos.

These came out of a working business environment, so please expect some honest cosmetic wear rather than a perfect finish. Everything functional works as it should. Have a look through the photos, as they form part of the description.

How we grade

The grade covers overall condition including battery. The + or - says where it sits in the band and why. The measured battery figure and the reason for this unit's grade are given above.

A As new, excellent throughout. A+ mint. A- excellent bar one very minor imperfection.

B Very good, normal signs of use, fully working. B+ would be an A, held at B by one thing. B- very good but one minor fault or a mark slightly beyond normal wear.

C Good and fully working, more visible wear and/or a weaker battery. C+ better end. C- heavier wear or a notable single flaw.

Everything is tested and working unless stated. Battery health is always given as a measured percentage.
