Condition & how we grade

Every unit is fully tested and working: powers on, holds charge, keyboard, trackpad, screen, speakers, webcam and ports all confirmed. These came out of a working business environment, so please expect honest cosmetic wear for the grade you choose rather than a perfect finish. The grade covers overall condition including battery, and the battery band is shown against each option.

Flawless Excellent throughout, no notable marks. Our best units.

Light Wear Very good, normal signs of use, fully working.

Moderate Wear Good and fully working, more visible marks such as scuffs or sticker residue.

Heavy Wear Fully working, heavier cosmetic wear such as scratches or paint loss to the casing.

The photos change with the cosmetic grade you select. Please review them, as they form part of the description.
